WHAT IS COACHING
Life coaching is a form of personal development in which a trained professional works with individuals to help them identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. The coaching process involves the coach guiding the client through a series of conversations and exercises designed to identify the client's strengths, challenges, and areas of growth.
The coach helps the client develop a plan of action to achieve their goals, while also providing support and accountability throughout the process. Life coaching can cover a wide range of areas, including career, relationships, health and wellness, personal growth, and more. Ultimately, the goal of life coaching is to empower individuals to live their best lives by helping them tap into their full potential and overcome any obstacles standing in their way.

It’s about empowering clients to define their own paths the coach is a mediator, guide, cheerleader and encourager throughout the process.
